What A State
State of being, State of mind, state of matter, state of the nation, united state (s), in a state, what a state – physical dance theatre creation through an exploration of state and its human, political, and animal associations. This work will be made in collaboration and created through improvisation and tasks.
This performance project is designed for about 17 people and lasts 13 days (Sunday off). It will be performed three times alongside two other performance projects at Dock 11, a theatre in the centre of Berlin.
Rehearsals and performances:
April 14-18: 09:00 – 12:30 at Eden Studios
April 19: no rehearsal
April 20-23: 09:00 – 12:45 in dock 11 theater/dock 11 studio
April 24: 09:00 – 11:00 in dock 11 theater / 16:00 – 18:00 dress rehearsal in dock 11 theater with all three groups / performance: 19:30 – 21:30 in dock 11 theater
April 25: 12:45 – 14:00 possible feedback at dock 11 theatre / performance: 19:30 – 21:30 at Dock 11 theatre
April 26: 12:45 – 14:00 possible feedback at dock 11 theatre / performance: 19:30 – 21:30 at Dock 11 theatre
There is no deadline and you can apply up until one day before the performance project starts.
